New Delhi: PNB World Travel Card is a prepaid foreign currency card offered by Punjab National Bank. It is designed for travellers to make purchases and withdraw cash while travelling abroad. The PNB World Travel Card is a useful and safe option for travellers who want to manage their expenses while travelling abroad. It can be loaded with multiple foreign currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, and more. It offers secure and convenient access to funds while travelling, as it eliminates the need to carry large amounts of cash. The card also comes with features such as zero issuance fee, round-the-clock customer service, and SMS alerts for transactions. Additionally, it provides protection against currency fluctuations and is widely accepted at ATMs and merchant outlets globally.

Notably, an individual cannot possess more than one card of the same currency at a time. However, if they are visiting multiple countries during a single trip and desire to carry different cards for different currencies, multiple cards in different currencies can be issued within the overall RBI-approved limits for the trip.

Benefits

Individuals do not need to search for currency exchanges and pay extra fees for transactions.

If the card is lost, it can be deactivated at one’s convenience.

The bank provides insurance coverage of up to Rs.3.50 lakh in case of loss and misuse of the card.

PNB customers can check their card’s balance and translations online.

Any unused balance left on the card will be returned to the customer.

The card can be recharged multiple times within the limit.
